I AM A U.S. CITIZEN. I WILL RETIRE IN THE PHILIPPINES (CEBU). I WILL MARRY A FILIPINA IN THE PHILIPPINES (CEBU). WHAT ARE REQUIREMENTS AND REGULATIONS FOR A U.S. CITIZEN TO MARRY A FILIPINA? I AM 65 AND DIVORCED; AND SHE IS 42 YEARS OF AGE AND NEVER MARRIED (HOWEVER A MOTHER OF 2 CHILDREN: 10 YEARS OF AGE AND THE OTHER IS 20 YEARS OF AGE). THE LADY HAS HER OWN HOME.

I have spent the last hour trying to purchase E-Books from your website. This is my second E-Mail tonight; please see my first, if you can find it. I have never seen such a disorganized and frustrating website. I finally had to register again to purchase buying property in the Phillipines, and now I can’t find anywhere to access the book. I have a great deal of respect for Mr. Gamsby and think I can learn a lot from him, but this website is impossible. Please enable me to download the book I have purchased or refund my payment. I am pretty computer and Web savvy and really want to buy your books and join your forums

A little more info about my order yesterday. I have already ordered and downloaded “Philippine Survival Handbook” with no problems. On September 29, 2010 at approximately 9:00pm EST I ordered ” Philippine Dreams” but did not have a link to download. I ordered via Paypal and the merchant is (“Imagingideas” accounts@imagingideas.com.au) Can someone please help / advise how to receive my $25.00 purchase. I cannot travel to Philippines, due to arrears in Child support. I got behind due to 2 illness, heart attack and severe hypertension. I pay my support, but when I was off with the outragous interest and penalties, I am in the arrears some 35000$. This amount is not right and I have protested it on several occassions only to be found in contempt and hit hard again. I have a family member willing to loan me the money for her to come here for a visit. We have known each other for 6 months and she works for a living. In Lapu Lapu, Cebu. She has never asked me for one red cent and even offered to send me money when I was disabled. At any rate we talk about everynight on skype. M
