Hello! Perry, is it? Not sure if this is your email contact or not.

Wanting to know if I can put an ad or link on your site? My wife and I run Down Under Visa. We have offices in QLD as well as in Alabang (Manila), and specialise in spouse visas. Very much a labour of love, as we’ve been through it all ourselves.

    Appreciate your help.

    Cheers,

    Jeff & Mila Harvie

    Greetings,

First, I bought the bussiness book and the property book so please send them to me.

Second, I started the account “MarineMD” yesterday but lost connection (wonderful internet connection here in Iraq) and my purchase of your awesome material failed. When I came back today to try once more, I had to create another account “Jester”. You may delete “Jester” and transfer everything to “MarineMD”. Please send me confirmation.

Last but not least, thank you for all the time and attention to detail that has been included in your products. I will certainly buy your beers if ever we meet.

    RSVP

    Best Wishes,

On Sept. 30th 2009 I purchased your e-book Making a Living in the Philippines. Since my purchase I have returned to the Philippines from the U.S. to retire here where my wife & son live in Surigao City , Mindanao Prov. I have read the e-book and found it to be true & factual but unfortunately it won’t help me because of where I live & when I was working in the states I was a long distance truck driver so I don’t have any degrees or educational background like you have. So I was wondering if at this time if you would consider a refund of the $29.95 I spent for the book . I am getting my Social Security now + my wife has a Sari-Sari store here so I think we can make it with those incomes. If you need any info. from me regarding my bank for the refund let me know via e-mail. Thank you Charles Donaldson

Thanks so much for writing the books; I got my money’s worth and my filipina.

I’m flying to Tacloban from Puerto Rico (USA) in 11 days. I intend to enter on a 21 day tourist visa and I’m puzzled about how to handle the issue of the mandatory return ticket or continuation of journey ticket. I paid $1,100.00 USD for my flight and finding even more airfare is daunting.

I intend to live with my future wife permanently and to renew my visas for as long as I can, per your recommendations. I will not need to temporarily leave the Philippines for some time.

So how can I meet this requirement, or appear to meet it, without purchasing another ticket to somewhere that I never intend to use.

It has occurred to me to purchase a ticket from Manila to Hong Kong or other close destination, and attempt to cancel it once I have the tourist visa.

You seem to know every trick in the book, so please advise me on the least expensive options.

    Thank you,
    Gordon Rumore

I am coming to Philippines abut jan 8, 2010 to see about living there in winters, jan to June. I have already sent u an email so don’t want to duplicate. I am asking what is best way to make direct contacts with ex-pats and others in Ps so I have some friends when I arrive. I am a widower and will be traveling alone…but I have traveled abroad a lot and usually live on the economy…but this is my first time in Asia.

Any suggestions yucan give me will be appreciated.

    Cheers,

Don’t worry about a return ticket. They rarely ask Kano’s for it and I have never been asked. If necessary purchase a refundable ticket to Hong Kong for US$200 or so.
